Why Does our Chatbot Require Your Email Address?

Why do we require an email address to chat & how do we use your email address?


Note: We will never share or sale your email with another company. We will never spam your inbox.



Our chatbot is integrated with our tech stack.

Sparky (our chatbot) has permissions to trigger automations, update CRM records, create calendar appointments, send text messages to supervisors, and much more.


Although we have several layers of security and protection, as seen below, requiring an email address is one of those layers of protection.


This is becoming the industry standard for AI Chatbot Agents that are connected to an organization's tech stack. In addition to protecting our own tech stack, Omni Consultants feels it's important to advocate for, and support this new level of security, as we become more technologically advanced.

Q: What do you do with my email address?

A: We will send you an email to check the validity of the provider email address. If the provided email address bounces or is returned as invalid, we will disable your access to our chatbot.


Q: How will your chatbot use my email address?

A: Our chatbot Sparky, will use your email address in the following ways:

  • To identify you and use your proper name to provide a more personalized and better end user experience.

  • To email you requested information (e.g., Product Features, White Papers, Blog Articles, etc.)

  • If you open a ticket, Sparky will also make your email address available to our support team.


Q: Will you share or Cell my email address?

A: No, we will never share or sell your email address with anyone.


Q: do you use my email address for Marketing reasons?

A: Omni Consultants may occasionally send you a relevant marketing email that we believe you will find informative and valuable. If you don't want to receive any marketing emails from us, you can quickly opt out by selecting "unsubscribe" at the bottom of all our marketing emails.  There are no hoops to jump through. You will instantly be unsubscribed.

You have the right to: 

- Access, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us. 

- Opt out of receiving marketing communications from us. 

- Disable cookies in your browser settings, although this may impact your user experience. 




We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
